Moment of Impact: Batting at Small Apples
In what may well become a Lindsay tradition that will last for generations, my just-married son spent a few moments of his honeymoon playing "bat the apples" with his brothers before he left town with his lovely wife. The game is like baseball, but one uses small green apples plucked from one of our apple trees. The goal is to splat the apple with the bat. Using my Canon C-4000 zoom camera with flash, I captured one moment of impact. This is the actual photo, untouched except for a slight increase in overall contrast.
