Parents: What's Shaking in Your Child's School?
With the general lack of morality and good sense in the schools these days, parents need to be EXTREMELY vigilant and SPEAK OUT when something outrageous is done. Kudos to the few vigilant adults who spoke out about a plan to teach the lewd art of pole dancing in British schools (hat tip to Rush). In my town a few years ago, a gay activist who was invited to speak to teenagers taught them unthinkably revolting details of certain gay practices. Teachers are constantly looking for ways to show kids R-rated movies. Sex education classes often become hotbeds of vulgar indoctrination in immorality, where parental values are directly challenged and denigrated, and where abortion industry hacks solicit future customers and get portrayed as heroes.
Parents, wake up and pay attention to what is going on in your schools.
Also look at the textbooks your kids use and take some steps to counteract the consistently left-wing misinformation that they typically contain. A supposedly highly acclaimed, objective history book of my son, for example, portrays Mao Tse Tong as an agrarian reformer who worked hard to give land to peasants. The man who murdered over 60 million of his own people, who STOLE land from everybody and gave it to his government, was literally a Communist gangster who was painted as an agrarian reformer by ultraleft-wingers during his rise to power to obscure his Communist roots. Incredibly, the myth of a kind old agrarian reformer helping the peasants lives on in the fantasy land of leftist "history" textbooks.
