The UN force in Congo, known as MONUC, has a reputation for standing idly by as civilians are slaughtered.
We're supposed to believe, though, that the UN is just not going to take it anymore and is going to get serious about defending human rights. Sure. Keep throwing more money at this scandal-clad organization of corrupt socialists who go all out to help terrorists and denounce the United States. It's exactly what they need.
