The best account of the march and the radical antics of S.F.'s leaders and tolerance gestapo is found in William Jasper's on-the-scene account, "The Brutal Face of 'Tolerance'" in The New American, Feb. 21, 2005, pp. 24-27. Other wothwhile stories online include articles in The Catholic World News and even the liberal San Francisco Chronicle. Before the march, the local news digest, SFist, presciently noted that with all the planned opposition, it "Sounds like this could all end in some West-Side Story-like rumble." Yea, I think that was the plan.
I guess the people in S.F. associate the pro-life movement with the
so-called "right wingers" who vilify homosexuals as the cause of all that's
wrong with the USA. More middle of the road folks who are against abortion
should be more supportive of the right to life movement, as I'm sure there
are liberals in S.F. who would find abortion wrong, especially the 2nd
tri-mester abortions when the "doctor" is actually murdering a fully formed
2 pound baby. While one is free to be against homosexual conduct on moral
or religious grounds, to attack adults for what they do in private is not
something Jesus would advocate, just like he would be against killing
babies.
